Patrick W. Daubs

Patrick W. Daubs of McHenry, IL passed away on Monday October 27, 2025.
He was born on March 17, 1952 in Blue Island, IL to parents George and Margaret (McAllister) Daubs.
Patrick was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who cherished his family above all else. He was married to his beloved wife, Barb, for 52 wonderful years. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and countless memories. He was the proud father of Colleen, Daniel, and Katie, and a deeply loving grandfather to six grandchildren who were the light of his life.
He spent over 30 years working for Xerox, where his dedication and work ethic earned him the respect and friendship of many colleagues. Outside of work, Patrick had a lifelong passion for cars; whether it was watching NASCAR, attending car shows, or reminiscing about his days of drag racing in his younger years.
Family vacations were among his greatest joys, especially trips to Disney and Hawaii, where he loved making memories with those he held most dear.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Daubs; their children: Colleen (Doug Dodd) Daubs, Daniel (Julie) Daubs, Katie (Justin) Jenkins and Ron Lavoie who he also cared for dearly; six grandchildren: Emily, Danny, Dylan, Natalie, Jacob, and Joshua.
