Patrick Dene Harvey, 25, passed away November 7th, 2023. He was born November 18th, 1997, in Indianapolis, IN to Anthony Harvey and Melissa (Johnson) Harvey. He was raised in Brownsburg, IN and graduated in 2016 from Brownsburg High School where he met his high school sweetheart, Emma. They married June 10th, 2023.
Patrick was thoughtful, caring, kind, funny, and a selfless person who was always putting anyone else’s needs above his own. He consistently prioritized the happiness of his family, his friends, and strangers. He always had a positive outlook on any situation and a big smile to go with it.
While Patrick did enjoy his work of being a feeder driver for UPS, he was always eager for his weekends at home where he’d get to spend time with his new wife and family. Often, he would spend those weekends playing video games and board games with friends and family. He also loved to go fishing, hiking, and kayaking and take photos of wildlife and nature encountered during his outdoor adventures. Patrick was a creative person who found inspiration everywhere and was even creating his own board game centered around fish that he planned to publish someday.
Patrick leaves behind his wife Emma Brashear, parents Anthony Harvey and Melissa Harvey, brothers Brandon Jones, Tristen Harvey, and Nicolas Harvey, nephew Cole Jones, grandparents Linda Kuhn and Jack Johnson, parents-in-law Shane and Jennifer Brashear, brother-in-law Dylan Brashear, sisters-in-law Abbey Brashear and Sophie Brashear and many other family members and numerous friends. Patrick was preceded in death by his grandparents Richard and Patricia Byrd, aunt Sheila Byrd, uncles Brian Harvey and Sean Byrd, and cousin Bobby Bunch.
