Patsy Fowler Obituary
Mrs. Patsy a member of Souled Out Ministries, loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them, she also enjoyed arranging flowers and was born April 4, 1951, in Natchez, MS and went to her heavenly home August 24, 2024, she was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde Rushing and Verna Ashley Rushing, her husband John W. Fowler, a sister Kathy Rushing and brother Sammy "Rocky" Rushing.
She is survived by two sons, Jay Fowler and his wife Jyme Faye of Baskin, LA and Stacy Brandon Fowler and his wife Dewana of Winnsboro, LA; two grandchildren Jacob Fowler and Jacie Fowler; a sister Pat Burlew of Weatherford, TX; and two nephews, Scott Williamson and Greg Williamson.
Pallbearers will be Seth Gilmore, Logan Moffit, Weston Moffit, Sam Parks, and John Work.
