Patsy Hunter Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
Born on July 18, 1956, she was the beloved daughter of the late Raylian and Maxine Goodwin Kirby. Patsy was a devoted fan of Alan Jackson and cherished her role as a dog mom to several Pomeranians throughout her years.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Monday, October 13, 2025 at Sorrell's Chapel Cemetery with Mr. J.R. Prater officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Monday, October 13, 2025 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her two sisters, Linda Craig of Newbern, TN and Sara Kirby of Dyersburg, TN; a brother, Danny Kirby of Dyersburg, TN; her K-9 companion, Jasper; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Gary Paul Hunter; and a brother, David Kirby.
Serving as pallbearers will be Stephen Craig, Lynn Parker, Craig Parker, Cordale Robertson and Paul Jones.
