Patsy was born on August 30, 1934 in Vashti, Texas to Louis and Pauline (Barnett) Johnson. She married Jimmie McGhee and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband Jimmie of Wichita Falls; two sons, Stephen McGhee and wife Susie of Rowlett, Texas and Robert McGhee and wife Nonnie of Wichita Falls; daughter, Paula Hill and husband Alvin of Wichita Falls; 7 grandchildren, Lori Roberts, Kris Hill, Kelli Garza, Carrie Cowan, Jamie Gafford, Carly Swann, and Hanna Kinnett; 9 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild
