Patsy Ruth Moody, 85, slipped peacefully into the arms of Jesus, Thursday, August 21, 2025, at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas.

Patsy was born March 24, 1940, in Denison, Texas, the daughter of Donnie and Sylvia (Myers) Crabtree. She married the love of her life George Moody. She loved her family, and they always came first in her life. Although her passing leaves a void in all of our lives, she will live on forever in our hearts.

Patsy was preceded in death by her husband George Moody, and her parents.

She is survived by her beloved daughter Carolyn Rister of Denison, Texas, and granddaughter, Chasity Peebles of Denison, Texas, and great grandchildren Daniel Blake Roach II of Sanger, Texas, and Skylar Peebles of Jackson, Mississippi.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at Fisher Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Keith Taylor officiating. Patsy will be laid to rest in a private ceremony next to her husband in Wylie, Texas. Family and friends will gather to visit one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
