Patti Chandler Obituary

Born in Union, SC, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Beth Thompson Lipscomb.
Patti attended Limestone College in Gaffney, SC, and assisted George in his medical practice in Mauldin, SC.
A great mother to her children and grandchildren, Patti was very proud of her family. She never met a stranger, was a wonderful friend, and a blessing to all who knew her.
In addition to her husband of 52 years, she is survived by her son, Michael Chandler (Angie); daughter, Ann Chandler Wyman (Brant); five grandchildren, Mary Kate Chandler, Michael Chandler, Gabe Wyman, Grayson Wyman, and Lily Wyman; and two brothers, Victor Lipscomb, III and Jerry Lipscomb.
The graveside service will be held Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in Graceland East Memorial Park.

As one of her "Wisconsin cousins," I didn´t see Patti often, but whenever we visited South Carolina, she made the family time delightful and memorable, as she was so much fun. She and my dad, her Uncle Ted, adored each other and teased each other relentlessly. As a teenager, she took me, a young girl, on outings with her friends and showed me a grand time. Thank you for the memories, Patti. Much love and sincere condolences to George, Michael, Ann, Vic, Jerry, and the rest of Patti´s family and friends.

I send my sincere sympathy. We worked together at Mauldin High helping the JV cheerleading team and had great fun. I will always remember her infectious laugh and smile. Thoughts and prayers for all.
