Patti Hoholik Obituary

Patti was a member of the Indian Lake Golf Course. In the summertime you could often find her out on the course or on the diamond playing women's softball. Bingo, puzzles, and traveling were also amongst her favorite activities. Patti was a warm and loving daughter, sister, wife, and mother. She had a fun and giving spirit. She took tremendous pride and joy in her children and grandchildren.
Patti is survived by her husband James, celebrating 55 years of marriage this past July; sons, James (Colleen) Hoholik and Thomas (Susan) Hoholik of Manistique, MI; brothers, Addie "Zip" (Kristen) Boyd, of Manistique, MI; Sisters Sandy (Jim) LaFave, of Manistique, MI; Sally (Bruce) Kennedy, Golf Shores, AL; four grandchildren, Melinda, Anthony, Justin, and Payton Hoholik; Sisters-in-law, Patty (David) Huddleston, Ginger Boyd, Arleen Turan, and Nancy MacPhail of Manistique, MI and Pauline Klarich of Metamora, MI; along with her beloved cat, Addie.
Patti was preceded in death by her parents, Addie and Lorraine Boyd along with brother Dennis Boyd. Additionally, brothers and sisters-in-law who were also predeceased include Wes Turan, Janet Gregurash, Jerome Gregurash, Donald MacPhail, and Robert Klarich in addition to mother and father-in- law, Geraldine and Martin Hoholik.
Visitation and Memorial Service for Patti will take place at the Fausett Family Funeral Home on Friday, December 29, 2023 at 11:00 am with a Memorial service to begin at 1:00 pm with Father Ben officiating. A spring 2024 burial is planned.
Donations in honor of Patti can be designated to the Eva Burell Animal Shelter at 6091W Old US-2, Manistique, MI 49854.
Fausett Family Funeral Homes is assisting the family with the arrangements.
