Patty Jo McCabe

Patty Jo McCabe, age 67, passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2025.
She was born in Crawfordsville on October 2, 1957, the daughter of Jerry and Hazel (Fields) Price. A 1975 graduate of North Montgomery High School, she later worked for many years in the deli at Meijer grocery store, where she was known for her strong work ethic and friendly demeanor.
In the summer of 1985, she married David, and together they built a life filled with love and shared memories. She had a deep appreciation for the simple joys in life-watching HGTV, cooking and reading in her younger years, and spending time with her family. She especially cherished family gatherings, from backyard cookouts to holiday celebrations.
She had a special fondness for Michigan and loved visiting its scenic lighthouses. Brown County, Indiana, also held a place in her heart, as well as outlet mall shopping trips.
Patty is survived by her husband, David; her son, Jasper McCabe; brothers, Jim (Dee) Price and Scott Price.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Mike Price.
Family and friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2025, at Tippecanoe Funeral Chapel.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2025, at Tippecanoe Funeral Chapel, 3631 Morehouse Road, West Lafayette, Indiana. Burial will follow.
