Paul Brown Obituary

Proctor-Paul H. Brown Jr, 45 of Proctor died unexpectedly Thursday morning November 13, 2025 at his residence.
He was born October 17 1980 in Rutland the son of Paul Harvey and Kathleen ( Kennedy) Brown Sr.
Mr. Brown was raised in Rutland attending local schools. He had been an active participant of the Vermont Special Olympics and currently active with the Community Access Program (CAP) and ARC.
Mr. Brown had been employed by Vermont Country Store.
He was a former resident of Wallingford, West Rutland, West Windsor, Clarendon, Turners Falls Ma., prior to moving to Proctor 2004.
He attended the Congregational Church of Pittsford
Paul was very supportive of his dad's Veterans Activities.
Survivors include his parents of Proctor, his sister Marcia Wilson of Williston, his ½ sister Susan Brown of Fair Haven, 2 nieces Olivia and Emma, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends may call on Tuesday November 18, 2025 from 2pm until 4pm at the Aldous Funeral Home 44 North Main St, Rutland, VT.
Graveside services will be held 11AM Friday Nov 21, 2025 at the Chapel of the Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Randolph.
