Paul Davenport

Paul lost his 2 year battle with cancer on May 12, 2024. He fought long and hard, but the demon beat him eventually. Paul suffered from Non-Hodgkins T-cell Lymphoma and lung cancer. Paul was 71 years old.
Paul, in his younger days, raced motorcycles and loved it. He loved golf and anything associated with golf almost as much as he loved Kansas State University and the Wildcats. He loved football, but not so much the Broncos. Paul was a loyal Chiefs fan all the way. Whether he watched the whole game or slept through it, he had it on the TV in his man cave or living room. Paul loved to go fishing and taking bike rides, sometimes with others, sometimes alone.
Paul worked at A-Z Rents It where he met his future wife, Ronda Beattie. Later he started his own small engine repair business which he owned until he retired and sold the business. He enjoyed his retirement playing golf, bike riding and doing other things around the house and yard, building things and occasionally repairing small engines for others.
Paul is survived by his wife of 27 years, Ronda, daughter Jessica and son Ross, brother Gary (Ronna) Tyson and sister Donita (Mary Phil Dwight) Davenport. Paul had 2 grandchildren, Haileigh (Jeremy) Walker and Easton Hobbs, 1 great granddaughter Paisley Walker, numerous nieces and nephews, many friends and dog Lucy.
