Paul Glauser Obituary

Paul was super energetic and lived each day with an intense zeal for life. He loved to be goofy and made everyone laugh. He loved people, and especially spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed sports of all kinds with his favorites being bike riding, softball, kayaking, ice skating, and snow skiing. He spent hours at his farmhouse shooting and just spending time outdoors. Paul enjoyed playing his guitar, music from the 70's, rock, and worship music. His longtime career in truck driving began delivering milk for Golden Guernsey Dairy eventually shifting gears to drive hazardous material and hospital supplies, retiring in 2018. A kid at heart himself, he loved his family. His outgoing personality and sense of humor were a true representation of who he was. We are thankful for the gift of his life and grateful that we will see him again in his eternal home.
Paul is survived by his wife, Lynn; children, Shannon (Shaune)Rhoades, Adam (Holly) Glauser, April (Curt) Otero, Jeremiah Glauser, Paula (Clint) Moore, Cassandra Glauser; 16 grandchildren; siblings, Gordon (Peggy) Glauser, Linda Sue Cassidy, Craig (Yolonda) Brady; many nieces and nephews; and his very best pal, Xander.
Preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 11, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. until the 7:00 p.m. Celebration of Life service at Thompson Spring Grove Funeral Home, 8103 Wilmot Road, Spring Grove, IL. 60081.
Memorials in Paul's name to Pacific Garden Mission located at 1458 S Canal St in Chicago, IL 60607 would be greatly appreciated by his family.
