Paul Robert Greenleaf, formerly of Elberon Ave, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2025 at Springside Nursing Facility. Born in Pittsfield on March 10, 1952, he was the son of Clara Sadlowski McComb. Paul was raised by his grandparents, Alexander and Elizabeth Sadlowski. He was educated in Pittsfield schools and was a graduate of Taconic High School. Paul also received his associates degree from BCC in Computer Programming. Mr. Greenleaf was a member of the National Guard for 7 years. He had worked for KB Toys for many years as a computer programmer. He also worked at Sears for many years and lastly at Hertz Rent A Car. Paul loved going to Disney World, twice a year. He attended over 300 Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton concerts. A Green Bay Packers fan, he was 1% owner, and was also a Notre Dame University football fan. He is survived by his son, Brett Greenleaf of Pittsfield; two step-sons, Jay Derby and companion Julie of Framingham, and Todd Derby and companion Moira of Pittsfield; a brother, Stanley Greenleaf and wife Ruth of Sommerville, FL; niece, Shenna Burke and husband James of Pittsfield; nephew, Paul M. Greenleaf and wife Kristen of Ft. Myers, FL; as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews, and his former wife, Gail Zimboski Greenleaf of Pittsfield and his aunts, Barbara Milensky, spouse Chet, and Victoria Wich, spouse Wilford. He was predeceased by a brother, John Greenleaf at the age of 5. FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral home services will be held, Saturday, August 30, 2025 at 10 a.m. at Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Calling hours will precede the service from 9 to 10 a.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donation may be made in his name to the Alzheimer's Association in care of Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
