Paul E. Keen, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully at his residence in Huber Heights, Ohio, on January 5, 2025, at the age of 77. Born on April 20, 1947, in Hyden, Kentucky, Paul lived a life characterized by dedication to both his profession and his family.
For 33 years, Paul made significant contributions to General Motors, Inc., where he was known for his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. He took pride in his career, and his accomplishments were a reflection of his unwavering determination.
Outside of his professional life, Paul embraced a variety of hobbies and interests that brought him joy and fulfillment. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, often spending time in nature and cherishing the outdoors. Whether it was boating, 4-wheeling, or tending to his garden, Paul found pleasure in activities that allowed him to connect with the world around him.
Paul's family meant everything to him, and he is survived by his loving wife, Linda L. Keen. Together, they created a warm and nurturing home filled with love. He is also survived by his son, Christopher M. Keen (Angela Petty). His legacy continues through his grandchild, Bailey Petty, who brought him immense joy.
He is remembered by his three loving sisters: Carolyn Tullis, Molly Blanton (Bobby Blanton), and Ellen Louise Allen. Each of these relationships added richness to his life, and they will hold onto the cherished memories they created together.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Keen and Anna Lee Burke Keen, and by his daughter, Rebecca J. Keen. He also mourned the loss of his brother, John D. Keen, and sister, Joyce Hampton. These family members will be forever honored in the hearts of those who survive him.
The legacy of Paul E. Keen will live on in the stories told by his family and friends, in the laughter shared, and in the love that he diligently fostered throughout his life. He will be missed deeply but remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
