Winchester, VA – Paul Kenneth "Dusty" Kline, Jr., 76, of Winchester, VA, and formerly of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at Winchester Medical Center Winchester, VA.
He was born on February 5, 1949, in Hagerstown, MD to the late Paul Kenneth and Audrey Jean (Younkin) Kline.
He was a 1966 graduate of North Hagerstown High School Hagerstown, MD.
Paul was a mason for most of his career and worked for various construction companies throughout the Tri-State area.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working with guns, drag racing, and loved his occupation.
He is survived by his three sons Brian Kline (Gennie), Scotty Kline, and Jason Kline (Monica); sisters Teresa Roy and Linda Churchey; brothers Robert Kline and Alan Kline; grandchildren Brandon, Cheyenne, Chasey, and Hannah.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a son Thomas M. Kline and two sisters, Sharon Iman and Laura Capazeto.
A memorial service will be held at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 7:30 pm. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 730 pm on Thursday. The funeral home will be open after 9:00 am on Thursday for the convenience of family and friends.
