Paul C. Lemaster

MUNCIE – Paul C. Lemaster, 78, passed away Sunday evening, February 15, 2026 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.

He was born on December 27, 1947 in Muncie, the son of Paul Benjamin and Wilma Jean (Rittenhouse) Lemaster. Paul graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1966 and received his Associate's Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. He served his country honorably in the US Air Force from 1967-1971 and the Indiana National Guard from 1975-1992 at the Muncie Armory. On June 27, 1997, he married Sandra L. Dennis in Muncie.

Paul worked for Westinghouse from 1973-1989, Muncie Chevy – New Venture Gear until his retirement in 2002 and after retirement, for Muncie Community Schools as Head of Maintenance at Southside from 2002-2009.

He enjoyed golfing, taking the kids to the movies, especially Marvel movies, Star Wars and action movies. He loved going on roller coasters and bike rides. Paul also played softball and baseball and was a certified umpire for softball and baseball for many years. He loved his dogs, Gracie, Lola and Brownie.

Surviving are his wife of over 28 years, Sandra Dennis-Lemaster; four children, Tamara Lemaster, Jason Creech, Christi Leskody (husband, Pete) and Thad McCallister (wife, Shari); twelve grandchildren, Alayna, Charlie, Kye (wife, Lauren), Eric, Sara, Shaun (wife, Erin) Jeff (wife, Katie), Andrew, Nicholas (wife, Savannah), Madelyn, Gabrielle and Elias; six great-grandchildren, Oliver, Isla, Emory, Emery, Olsen and Opie; niece, Teena Stevenson (husband, Mike); nephew, Randall Masters; and brother-in-law, Monte Masters, Sr.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Marcie Masters; two brothers, Gary and Larry Lemaster; and one nephew, Monte Masters, Jr.

Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 20, 2026 at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel with Pastor Andre Mitchell officiating. Cremation will take place following services. Full military honors will be provided by the United States Army and the Veterans of Delaware County.
