Paul T. "Wildeagle, Tough Guy, Schwager, Hop Sing" Munster

Paul T. Munster, 69, (aka: Wildeagle, Tough Guy, Schwager, Hop Sing) of Luzerne, passed away on Sunday, October 5th, surrounded by family at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

Paul was born in Wilkes-Barre on May 7th, 1956, son of the late George and Sally Carlin Munster Carey. He Graduated High School, Class of 74 Wyoming Valley West. He was employed in a variety of fields and excelled in each such as, the garment industry, warehouse, delivery driver, accounting, building and installing hurricane shutters. Many have said he missed his true calling of a standup comic. His humor, sharp wit and storytelling abilities (whether true or not) will be etched in our memories. He was a lifetime die-hard fan of the LA Dodgers and the Indianapolis Colts, an avid reader and enjoyed sitting in his yard with his family and friends and outings with his nephew Chase.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, son Shawn, brothers George and Andrew Munster, Stepfather William Carey and Stepbrother in-law Rick Williams.

He is survived by brothers, Joseph, Michael (Alice), Dan (Michelle) Munster, sister Susan Krispin (Len), sister in-law Diane Munster. Stepsisters Sharon Williams and Patricia Bolton (Edward). Also survived by nieces and nephews, Adrienne Pollock and companion Jeff, Sandi Custodio (Juan), Chase Krasniak, Alyssa Piazza (Joe), Stephen Munster (Marissa), Audrey and Ian Munster, friend Bev, numerous great nieces and nephews, cousins, special friends and neighbors Fred and Annette, Becky, and Dan.

Family and friends are invited from 11 AM to 12 PM on Saturday, October 11th at Hugh B. Hughes & Son, Inc. Funeral Home, 1044 Wyoming Ave., Forty Fort. Memorial service will immediately follow the calling hours at 12 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to donor choice or privately pay it forward to someone in need.
