Paul Sugars Obituary
Paul J. Sugars passed away February 18, 2026. He was born September 10, 1933 to John and Susan Sugars in Detroit.
Paul is survived by his wife of 70 years, Catherine, children Paula, Jacqueline (Mike), and Paul (Leesa), and granddaughter Alexa; brother Stephen, in-laws Louise, Mary, Charles and Joan; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Susan, brother Jack and wife Jean, brother Michael, sister Elaine and her husband Robert (Bob); in-laws John and Pearl, Joseph and Marie, John and Beverly, and Martin.
Visitation will be on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at Manns Family Funeral Home in Livonia from 3:00-7:00 pm. Funeral Liturgy on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 11:00 am with visitation at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Byzantine Catholic Church, 29125 Six Mile, Livonia, with burial on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
Memorial donations may be made to Sacred Heart Byzantine Catholic Church.
