Paul J. Van Minsel, 61, of Iron River, MI, passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
He was born on October 15, 1963, in Oconomowoc, WI, the son of Joan Heath and the late Norbert Van Minsel. Paul graduated from Milwaukee Technical Trade High School with the class of 1982. He later earned a degree in library science from the University of Wisconsin.
He was as a handyman and a valued employee at Snyder Drug Store in Iron River for many years. Paul loved working in his yard and was interested in woodworking.
Paul is survived by his mother, Joan Heath of Iron River; brothers, Mark (Sherie) Van Minsel of Texas and Steve (Diane) Van Minsel of Florida; sisters, Debra (Marty) Zabel of Hartford, WI and Lisa (Steve) Clark of Milwaukee, WI; nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
He was also preceded in death by his brother, David Van Minsel.
Private family services will be held.
