Paula Ann Hatfield, born on January 11, 1948, in Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on August 8, 2025, at Norton Audubon Hospital. Paula, known for her warmth and compassion, touched the lives of many throughout her years.
She dedicated her life to her family and community, embodying love and resilience. Paula was the cherished daughter of Odessa Harrod and Denard Woodcock, who preceded her in death. She is also survived by her loving daughters: Dawn Hodge, Chaffee Tinnell, and April Broughton, who will forever carry her spirit in their hearts. Paula will be deeply missed by her brother, James Woodcock (Claire), and her sisters, Kay Pierson (David) and Brenda West, along with her numerous grandchildren, including Joshua Tinnell, Jacob Tinnell, Jerimiah Tinnell, Gage Burkhead, Morgan Tinnell, Jayden Tinnell, Dawn Robertson, and Kerry Hodge. Additionally, Paula was a proud great-grandmother to Kamari Robertson, Grayson Holbert, and Kaiden Tinnell, who brought immense joy to her life.
A Memorial Service will be held on August 15, 2025, starting at 7:00 PM, following a Memorial Gathering at 3:00 PM the same day. Both events will take place at Maraman Billings Funeral Home, located at 605 South Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165.
Paula Ann Hatfield will be remembered for her kindness, dedication to her family, and her unwavering spirit. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will forever be embedded in the hearts of her family and friends.
