Neely, an embodiment of generosity, thoughtfulness, and love, completed her earthly journey on September 3, 2025. Born on March 7, 1926, Pauline's life was a testament to the power of faith and the strength of the human spirit. Pauline's story is one of unwavering devotion to her family and her Christian faith. As a beacon of light in the lives of all who knew her, she leaves behind a tapestry of memories woven with care and compassion. Her son, Chesley Neely, Jr., stands as a testament to her nurturing love. Grandchildren Ginger (Michael) Duncan, Carl Burton (Lacey) Neely, great-grandchildren Chad (Jasmine) Mizzell, Ethan Duncan, Calvin Barr Neely, Evelyn Neely, and great-great-grandchild Elowyn Mizzell, each carry a spark of her spirit. Pauline's journey was guided by her deep Christian faith, which shone brightly through her every action. She lived her beliefs, teaching by example the virtues of patience, forgiveness, and unconditional love. Her life was a sermon of deeds that spoke louder than words, inspiring all those fortunate enough to cross her path. Her generosity knew no bounds. Pauline's door was always open, her table always set. Friends, family, and even strangers found solace in her presence and left her home richer in spirit. The love she gave was the love she received, multiplied and shared in a never-ending cycle of kindness. Her thoughtfulness was a quiet force, a gentle touch that could turn a day around or lighten a heavy burden. She remembered the small things that mattered, a birthday, a favorite song, or the comforting words needed during tough times. Pauline's attention to the hearts of others made her an unforgettable presence in every life she touched. Pauline's love was her greatest gift. It was as natural to her as breathing and as essential as the air. It was a love that did not judge, did not falter, and did not end with her passing. It is a love that will continue to guide and protect, a legacy that is immortal. As we celebrate Pauline's remarkable life, we acknowledge the profound impact she has had on us all. She was preceded in death by her father, Henry Grady Tidwell, her mother, Arcatie Tidwell, and her beloved husband, Chesley Burton Neely, Sr. They have now welcomed her into the eternal embrace of Heaven. Let us honor Pauline T. Neely by living as she did-with open hearts, open arms, and an unwavering commitment to making the world a better place. Her memory will forever be a beacon of hope, a reminder that one person's love can indeed change the world. Rest in peace, dear Pauline. Your journey was a masterpiece of the heart, and your spirit will forever inspire us to live with love as our compass. Radney Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Pauline T. Neely.
