Pedro Rocha Obituary
Born on June 29, 1938, in Mexico, he was the son of Gilberto and Catalina (Gonzalez) Rocha. He married Yolanda Puente on October 24, 1959.
Pedro was very happy man with a great sense of humor. He was always making people laugh, telling stories and was eager to help others. Pedro treasured and took pride in his lawn, planting tomatoes and strawberries.
He is survived by his wife, Yolanda; three children, Juanita Maria Rocha, David (Ivonne) Rocha and Catalina (John) Berry; eleven grandchildren, David Orr, Shannon Smith, Steven Orr, Nicholas Harris, Benjamin Harris, Sarah South, Pedro Rocha, Diego Rocha, Alessandro Rocha, Quetzalcoatl Leon and Anna Berry; and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Minerva Harris; and two sisters Delores and Rebeca Rocha.
The Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at Lunning Chapel. The family will receive friends following the rosary until 8:00 pm.
The Mass of Christian Burial for Mr. Rocha will be held at 10:30 am Thursday, February 26, 2026 at St. John Catholic Church of Divine Mercy Parish. The Rev. Father Jacob Greiner as celebrant. Burial will be held in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
