Mrs. Peggy Marie Heath, 75, of Newnan, died Saturday, September 27, 2025, at her residence.

Born on May 1, 1950, in Maryville, Tennessee, Mrs. Heath was a daughter of the late James Richardson and the late Ruby Luella Lawson Richardson. A member of the Baptist faith, she was cherished as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Mrs. Heath found joy in shopping and treasured every moment spent with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Heath, as well as her siblings: Agnes Fisher, Dean Richardson, and Barbara Kirby.

Survivors include her daughters, Wilma J. Richardson (Billy Hornsby), and Linda F. Bridges (Jeff); brother, Lawrence David Richardson (Mary); grandchildren, Alissa Turner, Brian Laughter, Kristun Bridges, and Brittany Bridges; great-grandchildren, Katilyn Turner, Blake Turner, Jayla Laughter, Brennalyn Laughter, and Brian E. Laughter, Jr.; great-great-grandchildren, Camden Long, Waylon Farha, and Greyson Turner; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 12 Noon on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Shane Rakestraw officiating. Interment will be at 2:30 p.m. at Riverview Memorial Park & Garden in Smyrna. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, one hour prior to the service.
