Peggy is preceded in death by her son, Matthew Barnes; son-in-law, Dan Winiger; her parents and many siblings.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, John Miller Jr.; children, Mark (Carolyn) Barnes, John Barnes, John Henry (Courtney) Miller III & Nancy Winiger; grandchildren, Tonya, Jake, AJ, Melissa, Allison, Breanna, Hanna, Robert, Mary & Michael; great-grandchildren, Cooper & Layne; siblings, Jerry & Sandy.
Peggy enjoyed canning, gardening, reading the Bible to John daily, daily word search, baking, and cooking.
The family would like to thank St. Vincent Hospital and staff, Dr. Christopher Woods, Nurse Jonni for providing exceptional care, and family friend Peggy Pixley.
Funeral Service 11 a.m. Friday, May 3, 2024, at PEMBERTON -BRADLEY FUNERAL HOME. 301 N. Main St. Lynnville, IN. Visitation 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday, May 2, 2024, and from 10 a.m. until service time on Friday. Interment Hazleton Community Cemetery in Hazleton, IN. I remember Peggy driving her car with the custom paint job that included the name, "The Goat Lady". She made some amazing goat burgers too, mmmmmm. Johnny and Jay I'm sorry for your loss.
