Kathleen "Kathy" Wildt, 73, passed away Friday, May 16th, surrounded by love.

Born on July 9, 1951, Kathy has been a lifelong resident of Lynnville. Kathy was graduate of Tecumseh High School, She worked for the Warrick County School Corporation at Lynnville Elementary and Tecumseh High School, serving the needs of students in the nurse's office for 29 years. She is preceded in death by her father and mother, Veryl and Reba Holder.

Kathy is survived by her husband of 54 years, Gary Wildt, her son, Craig (Sheri) Wildt, her daughter, Carla (Tony) Kissel and her five grandchildren, Connor, Cory, Ava, Asher and Alden.

Kathy was kind and quick-witted. She enjoyed laughing with and loving her family. When not at home with her husband, Gary, she would be found out and about supporting, first her kids and their interests, and more recently, enjoying watching her grandchildren in their various sports, concerts, and school milestones. She attended almost every event that all of them were involved in, no matter where, cheering on and supporting her grandkids. Her love and commitment to her family were undaunted. Kathy also loved the beach and enjoyed many trips as a family, where many wonderful memories were shared. Kathy was a friend and family member you could count on, stepping in and supporting in any way possible.

Family and friends are welcome to celebrate her life on Thursday, from the May 22, 2025 from the hours of 10 AM to 1 PM with a funeral service to take place at 1 PM at Pemberton-Bradley Funeral Home in Lynnville, Indiana. Graveside services will immediately follow the funeral at Lynnville Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you support Riley Hospital for Children in honor of Kathy and her commitment to her grandchildren.
