Born: November 20, 1968 | Died: August 12, 2025

Peggy Lee True, age 56, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2025. She was born November 20, 1968. Her smile would light up a whole room. If you knew her, you either loved her, or were intimidated by her, but most of the time it was both. She loved the VOLS and front porch sitting. There's nothing she cherished more than her grand-daughter who was her angel baby. Preceded in death by: Father, Earl Russell; Mother-in-law and Father-in-law, Bernalee & Earl True. Survivors include: husband and soulmate, Randy True; son, Randal True; daughter & soon to be son-in-law, Kelly True & Dustin Neeley; grand-daughter, Indy Keith; mother, Peggy Hair; brother (and other son), Noah Russell & wife Joy; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jake Russell & wife Misti, Scott Russell & wife Shanna; sister-in-law, Cindy McCulloch & husband Greg. She was loved by nieces, nephews, and all her friends who turned family from Malibu. Memorial service will be held at a later time. Condolences may be share at www.SmithFuneralandCremation.com.
