Perry “Tony” Anthony Chaffin 70 of Baltimore, Ohio passed away on June 1, 2025 at Grant Medical Center. He was born on April 2, 1955 in Blaine Kentucky to Walter and Lillian Chaffin.
He was a over the road truck driver where he drove for various companies but retired from North American Van Lines. Perry loved classic cars and mechanic work in his spare time.
Perry is survived by his children, Angela (Gary) Curnell, Jeremy (Ashley) Chaffin all of Baltimore and Lisa (Curtis) Doss of Canal Winchester; grandchildren, Britian, Mason, Braden, Trey, Trent, Jacson and Abbie; great grandchild, Kora; mother, Lillian Snow of Baltimore; sisters, Linda (Paul) Datillo of Carroll, Carol (Tom) Smith of Baltimore and Sandy Hoshor of Florida; brother, Gary (Tina) Chaffin of Baltimore and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Chaffin, mother of his children, Barbara A. Chaffin, sister, Winnie Hughes and brothers, Larry Chaffin and Barry Chaffin.
A graveside service will be held Friday, June 6, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Basil Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, BALTIMORE, OHIO.
