Bob Napper of Baltimore, Oh. Passed away at home surrounded by family.

Bob was born December 29, 1942 in Rutland, Ohio to Joe and Bessie Napper. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Louise Napper of Baltimore, Oh., son Bobby (Holly) Napper of Roanoke, Virginia, daughters Thresa (Tom) Alexander of Carroll, Oh., Sharon Taylor of Etna, Oh., Tina (Randy) Price of Baltimore, Oh., Kelly (J.T.) He was proceeded in death by his parents, sister Janie Markwell and brother Larry Napper, and his son-in-law Joe Taylor.

Bob worked many jobs, from farming to warehouse work. He retired from Howard’s Sheet Metal in Baltimore. He enjoyed working on cars, cutting firewood, playing cards and was always available to help a friend in need. He was the king of Dad Jokes, always ready to make someone laugh. His two favorite activities was spending time with family, and telling people he met about his God, Jehovah. He was baptized as a Jehovah’s Witness on December 20, 1975, and was an active member of the Buckeye Lake Park Congregation.

He will be terribly missed by all his family and friends.
