Pete Serna Jr. was born in San Antonio, Texas on November 13, 1965. Pete entered into eternal rest on July 22, 2025 at the age of 59. He is preceded in death by his father; Pete Serna Sr., Spouse; Georgeana Serna, Brothers; Joey Saldivar, Tony Castro (Leticia), Jon Castro (Tee), Rudy Castro (Buddy), Roland Serna and Javier Serna. Pete is survived by his mother; Gloria S. Carrillo, spouse; Elizabeth G. Alvarado Serna, step kids; Alex, Melissa (Donavin), Kristie (Sergio), and Conception. Brother; Roy Saenz (Rosie). Sisters; Cynthia Castro, Debora Castro (Frank), and Patricia Serna. Grandchildren; Valarie, Alfredo, Brianna, Jasmine, Mark, Kristofer, Berthaly, Sergio Jr., Maliyah, Starr, Malya, and Xavier. Great grandchildren; Alaki, Ace, Azael, Jasiana, Jaelani, and Sianna. Pete and Elizabeth were married for over 20 wonderful years. Pete loved to watch football, and was a big Dallas Cowboys fan. He also enjoyed watching the San Antonio Spurs, during basketball season. Many of his hobbies included cooking, and watching his cooking shows. Every dish that Pete made was always made with so much love. Pete loved and adored his dogs so much, Chica, Coco, Chantal, and Loke. Pete will truly be missed and never forgotten. We love you Pete. Services are as follows: Sunday- August 3, 2025 12p.m.-2p.m.- Visitation to be held at Texas Funeral Home, 2702 Castroville Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237. ***All services will conclude at 2p.m.***
