Peter. August 24, 2025. Peter is survived by his parents Anthony V. (Anna nee Flick) Fasolo. Brother of Grace (Bob) Malacrida and Tom (Roberta) Fasolo. Nephew of Vivian (David) Nelson. Uncle of Rebecca Fasolo (Jake Brown), Anthony Malacrida (Elizabeth Colorad), and Luca Fasolo.

Peter Fasolo was born on January 25, 1962 in Wurzburg, Germany. He died on August 24, 2025 after a short battle with brain cancer in the city he loved: Philadelphia. He graduated in 1980 from Palmyra Area Senior High where he had been on the swim team and loved participating in the school's plays. He graduated in 1985 with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering (M.E.) followed by a Masters of Science in M.E. in 1987. He earned his Doctorate of Philosophy in 1993; all from Drexel University.

He was elected into a prestigious Engineering Honor Society Tau Beta Pi, Zeta chapter in 1985. He enjoyed tutoring engineering and math students at Drexel. He had a passion for music and was also known as Dr. Pete Sounds in his position as a disc jockey at WKDU, Drexel's Station, and other venues.

Peter was an avid bike rider, photo taker, camper and swimmer. He loved the pink blooming flowers in the spring. He took a lot of photos of flowers and things he would see around town on his bike rides. He was a strong advocate for peaceful politics. He was a champion for those who needed help. He loved his close friends: Greg S, Judy B, Mauri, Dan P, Colin M, and many more.

Peter's services will be announced at a later date for relatives and friends to attend. In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions be made to The American Cancer Society 1818 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
