Peter T. Grenier

Peter T. Grenier, Underhill, VT Peter T. Grenier, 76, lost his battle with cancer on January 3, 2025 at the McClure Miller Respite house in Colchester, VT. He was born in Newport, VT on May 7, 1948 the son of the late Paul A. and Pauline (Gilbert) Grenier.
He graduated from So. Burlington High School and Champlain College. While he was in high school and college he was the singer in the Adams & Eve Band. He retired from IBM after 32 years and began working at Smuggler's Notch where he worked for almost 20 years. His love of playing golf lasted through until the end of the summer when he began his hospice care at home and was home until going to the Respite House the day he passed.
He resided in Underhill for over 50 years and is survived by his wife Jamie of 52 years and their sons Christopher & Jason Grenier. He was predeceased by his parents and brother Paul Grenier Jr.
The family would like to thank all of his UVM cancer team and hospice nurses for their compassionate and exceptional care.
There will be no visiting hours. A graveside memorial service will be held on June 10, 2025 at 2 p.m. in the Underhill Flats Cemetery which would have been their 53rd wedding anniversary.
