Peter Allen Kile, 85, passed away on May 28, 2025, from complications of congestive heart and kidney failure.
Born August 11, 1939, in Chicago, Illinois, he lived in Cleveland, Mentor, and Rock Creek, Ohio, for over 60+ years.
He was the second oldest of the 4 Kile boys. He was preceded in death by his Father, Eugene M Kile, and his Mother, Merle H. (Simmon) Kile Rossman, two of his brothers, Richard A. Kile, and William S. Kile, and his son, Leonard A. Kile.
Raised on a sheep farm, Peter began working at 15 and graduated from Johnston High School in 1957. A self-taught mechanical engineer and machinist, he worked for several companies and had a passion for anything with wheels-especially vintage John Deere. He was an active member of multiple John Deere clubs and a dedicated collector of antiques, books, and historical facts/items.
