Philip Patrick Foley II, affectionately known as Phil to all who knew him, was born on October 13, 1982, in Portland, ME, and passed away unexpectedly on September 9, 2023, in Austin, TX. Phil was a man of intelligence and humor, always ready to share a joke or lend a hand.
Phil was a graduate of Oxford Hills High School. His hardworking nature and entrepreneurial spirit led him to a successful career in road construction as an owner/operator. Phil's work ethic was unparalleled, and his dedication to his work was evident in every project he undertook. His commitment to quality and service set a high standard in the industry, earning him the respect and admiration of his peers and clients alike.
A man of many interests, Phil was as comfortable in the great outdoors hunting and fishing, as he was on a construction site. He was a man who lived life on his own terms and was never one to shy away from an adventure. His favorite pastime, however, was spending quality time with his family. Whether it was on trips to Kansas or simple family gatherings at home, Phil's presence was always a source of laughter and an opportunity to create memories.
Phil was a man of many remarkable qualities. He was funny, often lightening the mood with his quick wit and infectious laughter. He was intelligent, always eager to learn and share his knowledge with others. Above all, he was generous, constantly putting others before himself.
Phil is survived by Alycia Foley, his compass in life; their son, Braden; and their beloved fur daughter, Cricket. He is also survived by his mother, Lucille Larsen; brother, Seamus (Emmy) Foley; brother, Brandon (Kadi) Moffett; sister/brother-in-law, Allyson and Nate Danforth; brother/sister-in-law, Todd and Nicole Rice; affectionately known as "Uncle Bull" to his nieces, Sydni, Kylie, Addyson, and Payton; nephews, Trevor, Brodi, Derrick, Seamus Jr, and Colson; and his paternal grandfather, Philip "Daddo" Foley I, as well as his "brothers" Wayne (Mel) Watson; Seth Ritta; and Jeff (Rachel) Hamm. He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Theresa "Mamo" Foley, and his mother-in-law, Rhonda Rice.
The Loss of Philip in Braden's life will forever be felt. Should friends and family desire, remembrance donations may be made towards Braden's college fund.

Philip was my nephew. As a toddler I brought him on outings with his Mamo and Daddo. He would be brought to the senior Philip Foley's home where he would play ball with his Daddo. Daddo remembers so many car rides to different spots that my parents would bring him to followed by ice-cream treats. Later on we did not see Phil because of the distance he lived. In his early paving company years he surprised his Daddo by calling out to him and chatting with him. He was paving in front of his residence.

I remember being in High School with Phil, he was always making the whole class laugh and was a very giving person, always looking out for others. I am heartbroken to hear of his passing. My prayers go out to his family at this time.
