Philip V. Manfredo, age 80, of Sheraden, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 26, 2024.
Phil was the husband of Amy (Lee) Manfredo; father of Michael Manfredo, Michelle Manfredo Lorenzi, and John Manfredo (Amy); cherished grandfather of Benjamin and Mila Manfredo, Anthony Lorenzi (Bethanie), Haley Weber (Will), and Joseph Manfredo. He was the dear brother of James Jr., Paul, Robert, and Roger Manfredo and the loving son of the late James A. Sr. and Mildred (Berninski) Manfredo.
A proud 1963 graduate of Holy Innocents High School, Phil went on to serve his country as a veteran of the United States Navy. After his military service, he embarked on a distinguished 24-year career with the City of Pittsburgh Fire Department, where he retired with the rank of Captain and then dedicated 12 years to the U.S. Postal Service.
Phil's life was marked by a deep commitment to community, and service. He will be missed by all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life service will be announced by the family at a later date.
