Phillip Wayne Adkins

Phillip Wayne Adkins, 60, of Prichard, WV passed away Thursday, February 20, 2025 at his home. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 24, 2025 at Morris Funeral Home Chapel, Wayne, WV with Bro. Perry Damron officiating. Burial will follow in the Cox Cemetery, Genoa, WV. He was born August 30, 1964, a son of the late Charles and Delsie Mills Adkins. Phillip was a Contractor by trade. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Karen Sue Clark and his significant other, Janet Ray. Survivors include two sons, Justin Adkins (Tonya) of Paintsville, KY and Daniel Adkins (Chasity) of West Hamlin, WV; three sisters, Amber Adkins, and Martha Adkins, both of Florida and Joyce Adkins of Texas; four brothers, Charles David Adkins, Harmon Adkins and William Adkins, all of West Virginia and Charlie Adkins of Ohio; one granddaughter, Carslyn Adkins. Visitation will be held from noon until service time at Morris Funeral Home, Wayne.
