Phillip graduated from Coppell High School, studied at Paris Junior College & Vincennes University in Jasper & he loved to fish.
He is survived by his wife, Michelle Griffith; son, Braeden Sanucci; son, Keagan Owsley; daughter, Devon Leann Conger; daughters, Kayla Williams and Amanda McFarland; grandchildren, Dakota Williams, Aleah McFarland, Matthew Wilson, Derek Wilson; sister, Brandy Kinard; numerous nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Devon Swanner & Sissy Conger & a sister, Penny Conger.
Visitation will be held from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM Saturday, May 24, 2025, at the Bates Cooper Sloan Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM in the Blodgett Cemetery.
