Phillip L. Hammitt

Phillip was born on September 19, 1938 and passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018. Phillip was a resident of Berne, Indiana at the time of passing. On 1966 he graduated with the last class from Jefferson High School where he played baskeball and ran track. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard. Preceding in death; his parents and step-father; one brother, David Funeral service is Saturday, January 13, 2018, at 11:00 am at the Mount Hope Church of the Nazarene, with Pastor David Cox officiating. Friends and family may call on Friday, January 12, from 3 to 8 pm at Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home, Berne and one hour prior to the funeral on Saturday at the church..
