and life partner Bruce Wacker. Phillip was an avid horticulturist, photography enthusiast, devoted animal lover and dedicated ecologist. A service will be held at First Baptist Church, 10 First Baptist Parkway, Daytona Beach 32124 on September 8, 2023 at 11am. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to
humanesociety.org/memorial.
