Phillip James Miller
81 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on October 4, 2025. Phillip was born on June 21, 1944, in Rockcastle County, Kentucky to the late Thomas and Dovie Miller. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Berchal Miller, Robert Miller, Clayton Miller, Lois Ramsey, Laura Miller, Lillie Reece and Bonnie Oglisby. He is survived by his wife Sandy Miller, daughter Angie (Wayne) Purcell, grandchildren Savannah (Sam) Wulle and Sydney Voight, great grandchildren Bowen, Mack and Payton and sisters Beatrice Risher and Mary Lou Short. Entombment will take place at West Ridge Park Cemetery.
