Predeceased by his grandmothers, Maria Scheller and Patricia Caponegro and his uncle, Craig Nesta. Phillip is survived by his wife, Randi Bogus, step-children Luis L. Velasquez, Logan O'Connor and Lillian O'Connor, mother Linda Scheller, father Phillip J. Scheller, siblings Michelle Bravo and her husband Gino, Christopher Nesta and Marissa Reyes along with his niece and nephew, Savannah and Ralphie.
A Viewing will be held on Saturday, March 1st, 2025 from 12:00-3:00 pm with a service at 2:30 pm at Riggs Funeral Home, 130 North Rt. 9, Forked River, NJ 08731. Cremation will be private.
