Having the honor of knowing Phil and spending time with him, I found a dear friend who was a loving, humble, respectful and kind man with a gentle soul. He was a hard working Belgian man and spoke of his days growing up on the vegetable farm and helping his Mom and 'Pop' . He then worked & retired with SAPD & was the Lead Vocalist for Alamo City Heat. He had a love for Elvis, classic cars & cool nights around a bonfire
gazing up at the stars. I will truly miss him & he'll be forever in my heart.
