Phillip L. Volpe

Phillip Volpe, aged 75, son of our dearly departed Carmela and John Volpe and brothers Frank and Salvatore, and our beloved remaining Marie, passed away peacefully on June 2nd, 2025.

Phillip was a kind and gentle soul. He was adored by many and led a life rooted in prayer and the love of God, touching the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. With his jovial laughter and sense of humor, Phillip could light up any room. He often made people laugh, especially when they needed it most. He was trustworthy and someone you could count on, whether for a joke, a heartfelt conversation, or a helping hand.

Throughout his life, Phillip prioritized taking care of others, making those around him feel safe, whether during a ride to the airport or a trip into the city. Family, friends, and acquaintances all knew that Phillip was a dependable and loyal soul.

Phillip was deeply devoted to his sister Marie, their bond unwavering and profound. His love for family was the foundation of his life, but he also embraced his friends as an extension of that family; close, cherished, and forever held in his heart.

He was a man who found joy in life's simple pleasures: good food, great music, and spending time with loved ones. A true foodie, he never turned down a meal of any kind. He was an avid Yankees fan and could sing any and every song from the Beatles' discography.

Phillip had an adventurous spirit and a curious heart. Him and his sister traveled far and wide, exploring the world from Italy, to Mongolia, to Australia. No matter where he was, he knew how to make the best of every situation, bringing laughter and joy and making friends all over the globe.

Phillip's warmth, humor, and unwavering kindness will be remembered and treasured by all who knew him. His memory will live on through the stories we tell, the laughter he inspired, and the love he extended to all.

May he rest in peace, surrounded by the light and love he brought into this world.
