Phyllis Martling Brackett, 68, of Nashua, NH, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 25, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on September 22, 1956, in Exeter, New Hampshire, she was the daughter of the late Kent and Mickey (Webb) Martling. A lifelong learner and compassionate soul, Phyllis earned her master's degree from UNH pursuing a career that reflected her deep commitment to helping others.

Phyllis worked for many years as a dedicated social worker, serving with various local agencies. She was known for her kindness, empathy, and unwavering dedication to the well-being of those she served.

Outside of her professional life, Phyllis found joy in music and community. She loved playing the piano, enjoyed the fun and camaraderie of bingo nights, and treasured every moment spent with her family. She was also a proud member of the choir at the First Church in Nashua, where her voice and spirit touched many.

Phyllis will be remembered for her generous heart, warm presence, and the deep love she held for her family and friends.

Phyllis is survived by her two children Christopher Conrad Brackett and his wife Tara Marion Brackett, and Gregory Kent Brackett; her three grandchildren Conner Theodore Brackett, Sage Marion Brackett, and Kathleen Ruth Brackett; her brother Bill Martling and his wife Suzanne McKone.

She was predeceased by her previous spouse Ronald George Brackett.

Family and friends are invited to Phyllis' visitation on WEDNESDAY, September 3 from 4 until 7 PM at ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared by visiting www.ANCTIL-ROCHETTE.com
