Phyllis Coiner Obituary

Born in Montgomery, WV to the late Calvert and Geneva Childers Johnson. She is also preceded in death by her son-in-law, Jeremiah Mussari.
Phyllis retired from the State of West Virginia and was a graduate of St. Albans High School.
She is survived by her companion, Charles "Bill" Webb; daughters, April Lafforthun (Thomas) and Elizabeth Mussari; brothers, Richard Johnson (Judy) and Terry Johnson; sister, Shirley Lane and grandchildren, Brandon, Kirsten, Mackenzie and Madelynn.
She loved being a mother, grandmother and genuine friend. Her smile, laugh and way with words were truly infectious and will be missed.
The service will be postponed to a later day.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to The American Cancer Society in Phyllis's memory.
