She is survived by her daughters Beth Carter (Steven) of Charlestown, IN. and Billie Lowe of Jeffersonville, IN; granddaughter Courtney Ryan (Seth) of Florence, KY; great-grandchildren Emmett, Amelia, & Owen; sister Marie Jones of Jeffersonville, IN; niece & nephews Elrion Forrest (Byron), Richie & Wally Jones (Amanda); great-nieces & nephews Christian, Anthony, Matthew, Rion, Hailey, Hunter, Nevaeh, Travis & Lucas.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents William A. Wallace and Lillian Wallace and her aunt Anna V. Ray.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. with burial to follow in Eastern Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Saturday at 12:00 p.m. until the service.
