Phyllis P. Myers

DANA-Phyllis P. Myers, 94, of Dana, Indiana passed away Saturday, October 18, 2025, in Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care in Terre Haute. She retired after 16 years of service in the cafeteria of Fulton Junior High School in Indianapolis. She also worked for the Clothing/Sewing factories in Clinton and St. Bernice.
She was born March 1, 1931, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Joseph Robbins and Grace Wasson Robbins. She was preceded in death by her former husband Phillip C. Myers on January 15, 1987.
Survivors include one son, Phillip L. (Cynthia) Myers of Dana; one daughter, Linda (Bill) Long of Indianapolis; brother, Fred Robbins of Indianapolis; sister, Geraldine Lester of Indianapolis; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Doran and a special friend Mike Gozden.
She enjoyed dancing, collecting dolls, clocks and refinishing furniture.
Graveside services will be 11:00 am Wednesday, October 22, at Sugar Grove Cemetery west of St. Bernice with Pastor Dan Tribuzio officiating. Burial will follow.
