Phyllis M. (Jordan) Swoyer, 84, of Shelby Drive, Lehighton, E. Penn Township, PA, died peacefully Thursday morning, December 5, 2024, in her home. She was the wife of Norman W. Swoyer. Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd, Sr. and Mildred (McKale) Jordan.
Phyllis was employed by the former Leeds and Northrup Corp., N. Wales, as a secretary for many years. She was a 1958 graduate of the Kensington School for Girls, Philadelphia. Phyllis enjoyed dancing, reading, and all types of puzzles. She enjoyed caring for her grand-dogs and her cat.
Survivors: Husband. Daughters, Karen L. wife of Matthew Kuhn of Lehighton, Kristi A. Mininger of Honesdale. Grandchildren, Taylor, Kyle, Jess, Anthony, Shauna, Megan, Nathan, and Brayden. Sister, Linda wife of Thomas Mumbauer of Quakertown. Brothers, William and wife Franny of Schwenksville, Lloyd, Jr. and wife Donna of Coatesville. Several nieces and nephews.
