Phyllis M. Travaline

Phyllis M. Travaline, age 100, of Conshohocken, passed away on January 30, 2026 at Brightview Senior Living in East Norriton. She was the beloved wife of the late Leonard J. "Teeny" Travaline. She was born in Hammonton, NJ on October 13, 1925 to the late Charles and Rose (Scaltrito) DeNucci. Phyllis was a graduate of Hammonton High School. After graduation, Phyllis worked as a bookkeeper in Center City Philadelphia. She loved riding the train to and from work, walking around the city, and enjoying everything it had to offer. Later, she worked as a real estate agent for Samuel Keck Real Estate, and a bookkeeper for the Rouse Company, developer of the Plymouth Meeting Mall. Phyllis was an active member of the former SS. Cosmas and Damian Church. She was an avid reader, and enjoyed crossword puzzles, sewing, cooking, and most of all working in her garden. Phyllis was an excellent Pinochle player and played weekly with her ladies' group. She also enjoyed traveling, socializing with friends and neighbors and was a die-hard Phillies fan and enjoyed watching them on TV. Her grandchildren and great-granddaughter brought her the most joy.

Phyllis is survived by her two daughters Lynne T. Brault (Ron) of Collegeville, PA, and Celeste R. Travaline of St. Augustine, FL, three grandchildren Geoffrey Brault, and Matthew and Emily McDermott, and one great-granddaughter Isabella McDermott.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Viewing from 10-11 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at the Emil J. Ciavarelli Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 516 Fayette St., Conshohocken, PA. Interment will follow in St. Matthew Cemetery.
