Phyllis Jane Wilkinson

Phyllis Jane Wells Wilkinson, 86, of St. Marys, WV, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, aunt and friend passed away February 20, 2026. She was born to late Charles and Stella Bailey Price, December 21, 1939, in Raven Rock, Pleasants County, WV. Phyllis was a 1957 graduate of St Marys High School.

She is survived by her twin sister, Frances Wilkinson; a son, Chuck (Patty) Wells; two daughters, Abby (Harold) Blevins, and Debbi Radcliff; a step-son, Carl (Sue) Wells; her niece and caregiver Misty Barnes; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, nine brothers Donald, Bud, Rocky, Kenneth, Jimmy, Raymond, Delmos, Wayne and Ronald Price; five sisters, Ruby Bennett, Helen Beegle, Vivian Price, Lucille Price, and Janice Scadden; her husband, William "Bill" Wells; son, Carson Wells; grandchildren, Amy Scoggan and Cody Wells; and two great-grandchildren, Wesley Scoggan and Lilly Rose Dawson.

Phyllis was a well-loved housekeeper in her community and enjoyed helping others. She loved singing to her grandchildren and playing and singing music with her late husband Bill and friend Lawrence Bennett at the Carehaven. She had worked as a waitress in Morris Restaurant. She enjoyed reading, cooking, going to church, doing puzzles with her puzzle buddy, Susie Maston, and spending time with her special little boy, Brier whom she loved dearly.
