A beautiful soul who passed away peacefully on March 29, 2024.
Pat is predeceased by her husband, Richard "Dick" Zicari, Sr. who passed away on the same day in 1986, and her parents, Millie and Joseph Leone, Sr.
She is survived by daughters, Lynn Zicari, Leah Zicari; son, Richard (Charissa) Zicari, Jr.; son-in-law, Christopher Kralles; grandchildren, Zachary Kralles (Kathleen Wygal), Clayton Kralles, Carmina and Richard "Zeke" Zicari III; siblings, Clifford Leone, Marie Leone, and Joseph Leone Jr. (Tracey); nephews Joseph "JP" Leone (Shannon), Johnathan Leone (Marissa), Benjamin Leone (Hannah); great nieces, Madelyn and Emma Leone.
Friends are invited to meet the family Friday, April 12, 2024, 1:00 pm at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery,( meeting at the Lake Ave Gate 12:30pm) 2461 Lake Ave Rochester, NY 14612 for her graveside service. Family will receive friends and relatives at Nick's Seabreeze Inn at 4581 Culver Road following the service. In lieu of flowers, donate to your favorite charity, be kind to each other and animals, and listen to good music.

Sometimes you don't have to spend a lot of time with someone to know them. There's a vibe that happens between some people. And that's what I felt whenever I ran into Pat Zicari, mostly at music events, or even from her Facebook posts. Gentle, yet strong. Perceptive and intelligent, yet unpretentious. The kind of person you could confide in and know a secret would remain a secret. A lovely woman. How do I know this? I just know.

When I think of strong caring loving women Pat is there. I have known her since I was 18 and I am so glad she was part of my life. She was always honest straight forward but kind in the thoughts she shared with me. She could show me a different side of an issue so calmly. I will miss that twinkle in her eye when she smiled mischievously, she was one of kind and truly a wonderful person.
